SAM.bid Refund Policy

Thanks for subscribing to our services at SAM.bid!

 

We offer a full satisfaction guaranteed on all SAM.bid subscription plans for 14 calendar days.  If you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us at 800-515-5351 or support@SAM-bid.com . You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 14 days of your purchase. After the 14-day period, you will no longer be eligible to receive a refund.  We encourage our customers to try the service in the first two weeks after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase submitted to us via email.

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
